Lebanese Unversity, Minister of Finance in Rachid Solh government (16 May 1992 - 30 Oct
1992), Rector of the Lebanese University (1993 - 2001), Minister of Social Affairs in
Rafic Hariri fourth government (October 26, 2000-April 17, 2003). Minister of Social
Affairs in Rafic Hariri Fifth government (April 17, 2003 - October 26, 2004).
