Education: Law Degree in 1966 from
Saint Joseph University; Masters Degree in Political Studies in 1967 from Saint Joseph
University; History Degree in 1970 from the Lebanese University..
Professional Background: Lawyer and writer. Has his own law firm.
Political Career: President of the Phalenge (Kataeb) Party student
body (1968). First elected member of the Phalenge Politburo in 1970. Personal advisor to
former prsident Elias Hrawi (1976 to 1982). Member of the Lebanese Front (1985 and 1988).
Head of the information section of the Lebanese Forces (1986 to 1986). Lebanese Forces
deputy president (1986 to 1988). Phalenge Party Secretary General (1992 to 1995). Phalange
Party's second vice president from 1985 onward. President of the Phalenge Party (2001-).
Minister of Administrative Reforms in Rafic Hariri's fifth government (April 17, 2003 -
October 26, 2004).
Publlications: Pakradoni wrote several books including, "The
Structure of the Phalange Party" in 1967, "The Lebanese Gamble" on the
ideas of Maurice Gemayel in 1970, "The Missed Peace" about the mandate of former
president Elias Sarkis in 1984, and "The Curse of a Nation" on the Lebanese War
in 1991.
